טירוף... כך התחיל הטיול. בהתחלה עוד היינו אופטימיים - כשהמונית הגיעה בזמן למרות החלפת השעון וכשהבחורה בביטחון לפני הצ'ק אין העבירה אותנו בתור המקוצר בגלל הילדים.
ואז הגיע שלב הצ'ק אין... כיוון שאת הכרטיסים קנינו ממש מזמן וריף עוד לא נולדה הוספנו את ריף להזמנה מאוחר יותר. מישהו במונה טורס, ביג נו נו, לא עשה עבודה מי יודע מה ומסתבר שההזמנה לא שויכה נכון אלינו ולכן ריף לא יכולה לעלות לטיסה.
נציגות למונה טורס אין בשדה, השירות הטלפוני נפתח רק ב-8:00 בבוקר, אופיר מחפש בפייסבוק את הסוכנת ושולח לה הודעה במסנג'ר אבל היא כנראה ישנה, אין קו חירום והנציגים של LOT בצ'ק אין לא מוצאים פתרון. אנחנו כבר מציעים לשלם על כרטיס חדש אבל אין מכירת כרטיסים של LOT בשדה התעופה ושולחים אותנו מפה לשם ומשם לפה.
והטיסה הולכת ומתקרבת... איזה לחץ. כבר שעה להמראה ועדיין לא נמצא הפתרון. עטר מתקשרת לשירות לקוחות בפולין בתקווה שמישהו שם יושיע. עוד קצת דיבורים בין הנציגים בארץ לנציג הפולני ויש כרטיס.
חצי שעה לטיסה ואנחנו במרוץ מטורף. אופיר מנסה לשלוח את הכיסא לבטן המטוס בכבודה המיוחדת ועטר והילדים ממשיכים הלאה. כבר אין זמן לשלוח כבודה מיוחדת והוא נסחב עם כיסא התינוק לכיוון המטוס. מגיעים לביטחון והתורים מטורפים והזמן הולך ואוזל. אופיר עוקף את כולם וחובר לשאר המשפחה.
שוב מתפצלים בביקורת הדרכונים. אופיר ופלג עוברים ראשונים ורצים לאסוף את הכסף הקוריאני שהזמנו לשדה התעופה. אופיר מגיע וגם שם תור אדיר: "יש לי טיסה עוד 5 דקות, יש לי טיסה עוד 5 דקות". קהל הממתינים אדיב ואופיר ופלג מדלגים על התור. בינתיים החצי השני מסיימות את ביקורת הגבולות ורצות לכיוון שער העלייה. זהו, אנחנו על המטוס. היה מתיש!
4 שעות היו לנו להירגע מהחוויה ונחתנו בוורשה. מחכות לנו 7 שעות קונקשן, בחוץ 2 מעלות ואנחנו בהתלבטות כי תכננו ללכת להסתובב קצת בעיר ופתאום אנחנו כל כך עייפים.
למרות הכל איפסנו חלק מהציוד בלוקר בשדה התעופה, עלינו על מונית ונסענו ל-The Palace of Culture and Science. מזג האוויר לא התאים לתצפית, פלג נרדם בעגלה כך שגם מוזיאון די ירד מהפרק, אז חצינו את הכביש לכיוון הקניון. אכלנו ארוחת בוקר, תבל שיחקה בג'ימבורי מושקע שיש שם ופלג הצטרף אליה לסיום, עטר שוטטה בסופרפארם כאילו אין לה ליד הבית, ולסיום עוד קצת טיול בין החנויות.
היה מרענן! חזרנו לשדה בדיוק כשהתחילה העלייה למטוס. מצפות לנו 9 שעות טיסה במטוס דרימליינר מפנק ונגיע ליעדנו - סיאול שבדרום קוריאה.
נ.ב נחתנו בסיאול... תרמיל אחד לא הגיע... אוף!

In one word: Madness. The first hours of our journey began in madness. We started very optimistic. Even though the clock moved from winter time to summer time, the cab came on time, and the security check let us pass the line because of Reef's age.
And then we waited to check in. Reminder: we bought our tickets before Reef joined us, so her ticket was bought later, and someone in Monatours, big no no, made a big mistake so Reef's order was not connected to ours and she was not allowed on the plane.
No Monatours in the airport, no emergency number for their customers, and the office opened only at 08:00 am while our flight was at 06:20 am. Nothing.
Ofir found the agent name from the emails, tracked her name on Facebook and sent her an SOS question. She was sleeping, no answer.
We offered to buy new tickets, but LOT does not sell tickets at the airport.
Atar called LOT Poland, talked like she knows, and there was a ticket for Reef!
Now 30 minutes before takeoff, we still had security to pass, a car seat to send, and Korean money to collect. Lines of hours. Ofir tried to send the car seat, but with less than 30 minutes, no can do: "take it with you". Atar headed to security, Ofir ran to her, passing people, walking on fences, passing passport check. Again we had to split: Atar, Tevel and Reef headed to the gate; Ofir and Peleg headed to collect the money that we ordered.
Ofir stood in the cash line with Peleg, yelling "We got 5 minutes for our flight!" Everyone in the queue let us pass. Peleg counted the money. Atar, Tevel and Reef were at the gate, then Peleg and Ofir arrived. United again. We are on the plane. It was exhausting.
We had a four hour flight to relax from the experience until we landed in Warsaw. There we had a 7 hour connection, outside 2 degrees, and we were in a dilemma because we planned to go around Warsaw but suddenly we were so tired.
Brave or stupid, we deposited some of the equipment at the airport, took a taxi and drove to The Palace of Culture and Science. The weather was not suitable for observation, Peleg fell asleep, so the museum also dropped off. Bravely we crossed the road towards the mall, ate breakfast, Tevel played in a gymboree, and Atar went to Superpharm and felt like home. It was refreshing! We returned to the airport just as boarding began. We had a 9 hour flight in a luxurious Dreamliner plane to Seoul, South Korea.
P.S. We landed at Seoul... One backpack did not arrive... Grrrrr!
